How do you think Webkit browser?

I red this post today.
http://www.glazman.org/weblog/dotclear/index.php?post/2012/02/09/CALL-FOR-ACTION%3A-THE-OPEN-WEB-NEEDS-YOU-NOW

But I didn't be motivated by this article yet. Because of that I do not know about CSS and web so much.
I used to disgusted IE for its poor compatibility when I made my personal website, but I didn't have this feeling for Webkit browser so far. Does anyone know the sites preferred webkit?

I'd think you'd get a better response on a forum dedicated to some Webkit-based browser, Google Chrome (and related, like Chromium and Iron) or Safari ...

Maybe I've posted unsuitable question for Opera forum. Sorry for that. But I won't trouble this forum.
I'll ask this question more general forum like allabout.

Not Webkit's standard compliance is the problem because it's rather good. The Problem is that some Webkit developers tend to implement everything anyone could ever think of and provide it via -webkit- vendor prefix, instead of waiting for the W3C, and that there are web designers that actually use this crap. You can compare this to Internet Explorer's "filter" property.

Edit: Sorry. Didn't realize that this thread is actually a few weeks old, because I didn't even have to scroll. bigsmile
