I can't see any of them unless (as a moderator) I actually click on the Edit link. Not that we haven't had issues before - mostly with whispers showing in searches though. Just checked - not shown currently. Either they already fixed your issue (possible, the server was down for a while earlier) or it was specific to you.

The example whispers seem to be visible only because the WHISPER BBCode isn't typed correctly.
The "Post Reply" form shouldn't be visible when you're logged out, though, so that's a bug worried
