Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * ignored in snapshot.opera.com/labs/camera ?Good evening, all -
I have been using the camera-enabled build (1232) for several months now.
I have a CGI script which is resident on my local machine, being served up by my local Apache.
I want to be able to access this script from my local Opera when viewing a web page hosted remotely.
I set the headers from my CGI script to include:
This causes Firefox 11.0 to invoke and accept the script correctly.
Opera, however, appears to NOT CALL the script.
The two browsers are running on the same system, using the same Apache.
If I move the web page from the remote machine to the local one the CGI script is invoked properly.
Is there some Cross-Origin Scripting thing that I need to enable, or is this a bug (in either Opera or Firefox)?
