Setting HTML as default in e-mails

Hey Burnout...hope you aren't too overworked.

I am looking in 11.61 for where you can set the default e-mail format to HTML. I can't find it. Is is still there?

It's on the "Outgoing" tab in the account's properties. "Menu -> Mail and Chat accounts -> the account -> edit".
