How to add my item in Opera Browser File Menu with my Opera Extension?

How to add my item in Opera Browser File Menu with my Opera Extension? I don't want to rewrite all opera menu.ini file for it, I just need 1 item for my purposes to Opera Browser File Menu instead of add items to Opera Toolbar (wich is overfilled with other extensions already).

The only way to add things to menus is to modify the corresponding .ini files.
