Youtube videos cause a high ram usage (leak) after some time

Did the test today. I left opera active with one youtube tab and a paused video. After about 10 Hours my ram usage went from 300MB to 1200MB. After closing the tab, the ram usage fell down to under 400MB immidietly. I experienced the problems with high ram usage for a while now, couldnt figure out why opera needed so much ram (once it was 2GB).

If someone knows how to fix this please tell me.

Used Extensions:
- Focus on Videos
- Translator
- Youtube ads free
- youtube autoplay killer (turned it of, no change)
- youtube to mp3
- clean pages
- open-in-background-with-long-press

Used Software:
Opera: 11.62
OS: Windows 7

I will try to turn off all extensions, if it works i will post here.

What version of flash are you using ?, And is it a stable or beta release ?.

Have you tried updating flash ?, Or downgrading to the latest stable flash release if you are using a beta ?.
Opera 12.14 - 1738 (Portable 32bit) on Win8 Pro, Or portable versions of Linux Mint 14 or Puppy Linux Upup Precise - 3.8.3.1

Confirming memory leakage. Don't think it's a browser problem, cause IE shares EXACTLY the same behavior. Flash digs in his own grave by itself(
Try html5 mode on. Vp8 works fine.

You are right, flash is the black sheep.

I would love to switch to html5 mode, but fullscreen doesnt work in html5 videos on youtube. Is there a solution for this bug?
