You shouldn't lose your bookmarks or speedials when you update. Although I've seen people reporting that they lost their bookmarks when they update. To be on the safe side, you can always sync your bookmarks before you update.
but Opera Mini's fonts should be little more bold like version 6.5, NOT web page's fonts.Microsoft® Windows® 7 Ultimate (x64)

No. Google is DEFAULT Search Engine, according to the contract between Opera and Google.

Google open all the pages in its mobile "sucker" version

Open link, long press inside search box, add search engine, call whatever you want, then change search engine to one you've just saved (top right search box opera mini click it then click down arrow left hand side and select the new search engine) no more annoying default mobile view.

First, go to http://google.com and longpress on search bar. Select 'Add Search Engine'. Now go to start page and then edit your recently added search engine. Delete old address and type it:
https://www.google.com/search?sclient=psy-ab&hl=en&site=&source=hp&q=%s&btnG=Search&oq=&aq=&aqi=&aql=&gs_l=
Then press save and you're done!
Give feedback here if it works!

Adding search engine from link gives same result.

Step 1: Go to Settings → Single column view off.
Step 2: From Google Search webpage, scroll all the way down and change it to Classic View.
Step 3: Save your Google Search Classic view on your Speed Dial.
The next time you use your Speed Dial for your Google Search (not from Google search bar engine, but from your Speed Dial) it will always show up in Classic view.
This won't change the default search engine in mobile view, but you get to use the Google search in Classic view each time without having to change it.
