Moving from Firefox to Opera. What do I do now?

I'm a long-time Firefox user but now I'm starting to use Opera some more because of it's speed and performance. Sadly Opera's still falling short in some places in terms of the things I was getting from my Firefox extensions. Examples - Adblock, AutoPager, Flashblock etc.

Got any tips and suggestions on making my transition into Opera smoother?
