Hybrid RSS (integrate M2 + Opera Portal or Opera Link or My Opera)

The online feed aggregators (like Google Reader) good for these use patterns:

1. If I have many (50+) feeds which are rarely updated.
2. If I'm away from keyboard for days. The browser doesn't run so can't download feeds.

The M2 built-in feed reader good for these use patterns:

1. If I have some frequent feeds witch are updated several times a day and/or the serverside max feed limit is low (5-10).
2. If I want to be notified immediately (the GReader has delay (hours), especially in most obscure feeds.

So it would be great an IMAP-like behavior in the feeds. If the client is online, the client aggregate the feeds and syncronize to server. If the client is offline, the server aggregate the feeds and syncronize as soon as the client will be online.
