Presumably BT = British Telephone? No way for those of us not in the area to test ... maybe changing browser ID for the login page would work. Before entering your ID, right-click on the page and select "Edit Site Preferences..." On the Network tab, there's a setting for "Browser Identification"; change it to one of the other settings and click OK, then reload the page and see if it works. If not, try again with a different setting.
