Looks like someone got carried away fixing the HTML bug. If you post HTML, it will appear as typed, but if you then quote that HTML it'll be active in the quote - or used to be anyway. Looks like someone was trying to fix that bug, and now makes HTML visible that wasn't even there originally.

If you change the bbcode video to html in the quote it would work.
