Pop Up ad, not blockable
Ok I have been having this issue for a bit, only in Opera ( not Firefox, Chrome or IE ) where on SOME web site I get a pop up as seen below
whenI try to block it I with in Opera it looks like this

The element is not blockable via the opera tool.
This will pop up on some site but not others, I could be reading a forum for over an hour or more then it will pop up,
Then I will goto a different tab and start reading there and when I go back to the other tab ( with the pop up ) and select new threads no more pop up. Some tabs its more prevalent and wont go away. Oddly the link when you mouse over is for the current site.
I have scanned the computer using ZoneAlarm and Malwarebytes and have found nothing recently ( I did have a bug I picked up from a compromised forum I visit) but the computers been scrubbed several times since.
I would think if it were a trojan/virus etc it would effect more than just Opera.
Suggestions ?

It helps if you provide a link.

No sign of that popup/ad when I visited there, so no idea why you see it.

Guys you are missing what I was saying.
These things are not happening in other browsers, and there for I dont think they are from the web sites BUT if its a virus it only seems to be affecting Opera. I uninstalled Opera and reinsall ( win7 64b with current Opera release non beta )
They came right back.
These pops up are not present in any other browser I run, so it has to be something with opera that is being exploited and I am trying to figure out what that maybe considering all scans have come up nil.

Opera's "Block content" option only blocks images (as far as stuff you can click on), so yes there is nothing to block. And no, I don't see it either.
If you hover the ad, what link(s) can you find? They might give us a clue ...
(Also note, anti-virus software doesn't usually detect adware, you may want to get an adware scanner.)

@ sgunhouse, In the original posters initial post, He mentions:

Opera 12.14 - 1738 (Portable 32bit) on Win8 Pro, Or portable versions of Linux Mint 14 or Puppy Linux Upup Precise - 3.8.3.1
The issue with that is that its intermittent and its site to site and sometimes page to page differences.
And its ONLY in Opera, IE, Firefox and Chrome I don't see any of this behavior
I am trying to run down why this is going on.
I have scanned with Ad-Aware ( that was fun 8 hours to scan the laptop ), zone Alarm and MalWare Bytes and nothing has been found so far
