Can the bookmark manager be opened in a separate window?

I like it best to open up bookmark manager, such as a Firefox, next to the browser.

Opera 12.01 Build 1532
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Edit the shortcut in Preferences, Shortcuts, Keyboard setup.

The default is

b ctrl shift = Manage, "bookmarks"

Change it to :

b ctrl shift = Manage, "bookmarks" & Detach page
