TOR Could/Can/Would/Will someone help me with how to do Tor man

I just discovered it and I am wanting to run Opera in it and have seen a note by two users concerning their using TOR so I guess it's possible and I confess to a perfect reliability in carrying out directions but very little in getting through the impenetrabilities of how to focus beyond that :-)

I have downloaded the most recent v of TOR and Opera. Do I just drag or install an Opera into my TOR folder? I apologise for the ingenuousness

Since it isn't really about Opera - wrong forum. Thread moved to the Software forum.

I haven't used Tor, but as far as I know it's just a proxy (as far as Opera is concerned).
