I am using my partners account to write this message as my login has been disabled, so if this needs to be fixed at the server end, my account is email@example.com.
I went out this morning and left computer running. When I returned there was a message on screen saying that "Session had timed out" and I needed to login again.
I tried to do this but I then for the message that Login was Disabled.
I tried getting a new password and that didn't help.
I can still get mail on my desktop, but I really want my web-based email back and running.
Can someone please help.
