Opera 12 Theme problem (second monitor)
If I change the theme from the default to another (eg. Grass), there are two problems, both with control buttons (minimize, maximize, close window):- when the window is maximized, there are two pixels of space above control buttons where they aren't clickable (they also aren't displayed) - see screenshot #1,
- control buttons break on my second monitor (but not on my first or third) - see screenshot #2.

I can confirm the problem. I've observed exactly the same behavior of the window control buttons while using Opera with custom theme on my second screen (Windows 7 32bit, Intel HD graphics). On the main display everything works fine, though.
Noticeably under Opera's default theme or while skinning the browser with some "old-type" skins the problem does not occur.

I'm going to add this into the deep UI discussion here:

I also have the same experience with Windows 7 32-bit on a 2nd monitor running on an ATI Fire Pro 2260. Just updated today and picked a theme, did manually restart Opera, did not reboot computer.
I can confirm this. I am using a second monitor to the left of my main screen. The main screen is fine, but on the left screen I get the same control box problems when using anything other than the default theme.

I have the same problem but I found it weirder. 2 left 1 right, setup but monitor 1 is offset about 50% higher. Mouse movement from top of monitor 2 moves to mid of monitor 1. As long as Opera window is not placed higher than monitor 2 highest point, buttons look/work normal. Once window is maximized or move higher than monitor 2 displays, I get the issue discussed.

Monitor 1 is on the right and Monitor 2 is on the left.
Monitor 2 has the start menu.
Monitor 1 is offset in the vertical direction such that it sits higher than Monitor 2.
The issue presents when the Opera window is displayed in some part on Monitor 1.
The issue presents when the upper most edge of the Opera window is positioned higher than the upper most edge of Monitor 2.
