addons.opera.com can't keep login and can't keep language settings
Please be so kind and insert here 3-5 profanities of your choosing aimed at the site.When you visit addons.opera.com it will change url by adding additional slash with the country code
e.g.
https://addons.opera.com/fr-ca/extensions/
https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/
..
it undermines any language settings you might have done through menu at the bottom of the site. That country code is based on regional - format settings in windows.
With login I dunno where the problem is, maybe it lies there as well - with that forced country recognition. Or maybe because it's https, since portal.opera.com works flawlessly and its http

PLEASE FIX THIS, IT'S EMBARRASSING TO NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE BASIC SITE FUNCTIONALITY
