Opera 12 - Can't drag a tab to the title bar to open a new window?

If this feature is gone, I'm done.

To reproduce: in 11.64 drag a tab to the top of the window, it will have a little doc icon and a plus sign, alt+tab to another opera window and drop it in between two already open tabs.

I use this to organize my tabs.

Doesn't work at all in 12.

I was unhappy when tab stacking was enabled, but this feature REMOVED will end my use of Opera.

** Quit adding things I didn't ask for, and quit removing things I've come to depends on. **

Gee, I always used the Windows panel (in the sidebar) to move tabs between windows ... more convenient anyway.

You also can't drop it on the title bar to open it in a new Opera window.....

Add a shortcut for "Detach page" — I use Shift F10.

It stopped working before 12... I hoped devs will fix it in 12. sad Alt+Tab is so much faster than dragging using taskbar, especially when I need to move multiple tabs.

So if I can downgrade to 11 and have it work, can you fix it so it works in 12?
