saved pages in opera mini

is there any way that we can read/use the saved pages of opera mini 7.0 in a desktop browser? The page i save is a html page, but opera mini is not saving it as a html page in my memory card so that i'm unable to view/use it with ease on a desktop

No. You can't.
Opera Mini is actually an OBML (Opera Binary Markup Language) viewer.
So, it saves the webpages in OBML format.
