opera win64 build 1473/1486 - applying overriden CSS rule

step by step i tend to think that it is Opera's error.
Two CSS properties affecting are font-size and margin-bottom
I thought about yet another msie margin bug, but look at screenshots: i enable/disable striken out font-size rule - and opera re-renders the page.
In MSIE9 devtools i just cannot do it - more recent font-size 93,3% always take precedence.
