Settings > Preferences > Advanced > History > Click on "Empty Now".

Settings > Delete Private Data (uncheck the others and check only "delete entire cache".

my cache is filled with unwanted items like doubleclick, adblade, casalemedia that i want to delete individually.
if i delete entire cache i will lose all history and tabs
how does all this crap get in, cant i stop it or remove it?

You just went to some sites that has ads and/or content coming from these sites.
I don't know a way to remove them form the cache without emptying it entirely. And btw, you will not loose tabs if you delete the cache.
Maybe you can use content blocker to prevent data from these site from being downloaded.
