Can you change signature font and color in beta mail?

Using Opera beta mail, is there a way to customize the default signature? I would like to use a different font and color for my signature.

No, not at this stage.
While I can't comment directly on planned features, I can tell you that My Opera Mail is still in beta, and you can expect to see changes in the future.
