Do not open a web page with a Russian URL address
http://www.promedia-perm.ru/услуги/продвижение-сайтов/Do not open a web page in Opera. In other browsers fine. Other pages from this Web site as open. Suspicion of the letter "й".
Please suggest how to solve the problem without renaming the addresses of Web pages.

try testing the difference:
run Membrane Monitor http://www.membrane-soa.org/http-proxy.htm
Do menu - Proxies / Add / Simple Service /default / none
Now make all your browsers go via proxy 127.0.0.1:2000 (or other port u set in MM )
Open that page in different browsers
Then you can analyze HTTP Requests in Raw Header mode and find the difference, find the certain point broken in Opera
