Tag image URL not correct in Opera blog

Hello,

I just gave opera blog a try and realized that the URL used to display tags' images was not URL encoded.
For example, I have a tag called Français. It has a special character in it.

The URL for displayin the associated image is
http://my.opera.com/jesus2099/tags/show.pl?tag=Français
In my opinion it should be
http://my.opera.com/jesus2099/tags/show.pl?tag=Fran%C3%A7ais

Opera browser doesn't care and converts, by itself, this bad URL to correctly call and display the image.
But other browsers, including IE, don't do this and fail to display image.

Thanks !

Anybody here ?

Look at that URL, it's a link to post with a certain tag :
http://my.opera.com/Ti/blog/index.dml/tag/Tiếng%20Việt

I think it should be URLencoded like this :
http://my.opera.com/Ti/blog/index.dml/tag/Ti%E1%BA%BFng%20Vi%E1%BB%87t

As a matter of fact, it indeed works when you click on this one too !

Don't you think so ?

Sure, but the UA usually does the encoding. Although it is prudent to URL encode anything that goes into a URL. I'll make a note..

The bug is still there. Take Internet Explorer and go to http://my.opera.com/Ti/blog/index.dml/tag/Tiếng%20Việt
You can't see the flag image on upper-right part of the post because its URL is not URLEncoded.
