Cant connect to chat rooms
I can't connect chats rooms on irc.rizon.net today an yesterday but a couple of days ago I was able to connect. I can connect to other IRCs like irchighway just fine even a couple of days ago. I can connect rizon but I have to use mIRC. Would anyone know of a solution. I've tried changing the ports to 6660-6669,7000 that were on the mIRC and tested it one at a time since opera can't have multiple ports but still couldn't connect. . I like being able do use my irc and browser the web on one window so hopefully I won't have to start using mIRC or some other client.Try in a standalone installation to a folder on your desktop first to see if it works there.
Did you upgrade Opera recently or did your anti-virus/firewal upgrade recently?
Can you connect to other chat rooms/servers?
Maybe something with that one server has changed that Opera doesn't like.
Maybe try a standalone installation of an older version.
