Disabled account
I logged into my blog and was editing my only post and when I tried to preview the change I get this message:IF I had been guilty of any of those allegations, I wouldn't complain but according to the TOS, I wasn't violating any rules.Disabled account Your account has been disabled due to violations of our terms of service.
It is strictly forbidden to use Opera's services for unauthorized advertisements (spam), and to upload images that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, threatening, or that violates any laws or third-party rights.
My only guilt is that I had 2 (rated G) music videos - for testing purposes only - from 3rd party websites - using their own embed codes so it wasn't illegally linked and they did not tax the Opera servers since they used the 3rd party servers, legally! There were no links on the page so no SPAM - no pictures or no obscene, vulgar or sexually-oriented content at all and both videos are legally used - because both 3rd party sites provide the embed codes for free use!5. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES 5.1 The Services contain (or User may be sent through Opera’s Site or the Service) links to other websites ("Third-Party Sites"), as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (the "Third-Party Applications, Software, or Content").
My user name for this account is eyzndasky - so what did I do wrong - if anything??
Just a suggestion: Would it not be easier if you have a sticky post "Report here if you think your account was wrongly banned" at the forum top? I am also concerned all those "My account was banned without reason" threads are flooding this forum and obscuring other discussions & issue reporting such as photo uploader not working.
