Opera 12.01 - Importing Mail Imports RSS Feeds
I checked it twice because upon importing email from Opera 11.64 Opera 12.01 imported all 6000+ RSS feeds.I have imported and exported many times and have the exact location of where the Mail file is for 11.64.
I tried it twice thinking perhaps I made a mistake but no mistake.
How might I get only emails and no RSS feeds imported into Opera 12.01??
Anybody have any ideas?

If you're using the "Import from Opera" wizard, "RSS" is listed in the "imported items" list. You can ctrl + left-click it to deselect it so Opera doesn't try to import feeds.
However, even if you leave it checked, since Opera can't import feeds (no generic option in general and it's broken when using the "import from Opera" wizard (you'll get a blank "Feeds" access point, but with the correct message count listed on the access point header)), Opera won't import feed messages.
With that said, I don't know how you're getting Opera to import feed messages since Opera doesn't support that. You can export and import the feed list separately though via "Ctrl + F12 -> settings -> import and export". But, that won't happen when you're importing email accounts.
burnout426: Haven't checked the messages yet but doing as you suggested reduced the items imported from 6000+ to 426 so something was greatly improved.
