sends doubled messages

Recently my friends reported they get two copies of the same messages from me. I can even see myself the auto-completion mechanism puts a ',' between actual e-mail address and its description in '<*>'. Is it a known issue?

I've seen multiple sends happen on occasion (around 2 times in the last year, during network loss), but have never been able to reproduce it. Our developers have also investigated it, but haven't been able to come to any conclusions.

As for the comma separating the email address - no I haven't seen this before. Is it in the actual message in your sent items folder that you see this? Are you able to reproduce it?
Please do not email me directly unless requested to do so. Thanks!

Thanks for that smile I've worked it out and you should see a fix in the future.
The problem was that an email address was being used in the name field of one or more of your contacts, thus our interface interpreted them as separate addresses.
We'll fix that at our end, but in the mean time, you can go to your Contacts and make sure that their email address only appears in the "email" field.
Please do not email me directly unless requested to do so. Thanks!
