How to install video player support in emulator 3.3?

when i first run emulator, i click on button 'enable support video'. but how i can access to this button, for install support in emulator? where not installed this...

I need a manual for your customer....

Video support is enabled all the time. There are no any 'enable support video' button. Do you mean "install h264 codec" button? If yes, the button will not appear next time if those codecs were instaled since it is not needed anymore.
Regarding manual - TV Emulator is released along with documentation.
