Black screen invoke a buffer error most likely, doesn't feel related with final link resulted via opera mini. How about default browser or youtube app?

Yes there is a YouTube app for Android, I have it on my Android 2.3.5 phone (HTC sense 2.1).

You seem to be blaming Opera mini for you not being able to watch videos, But then judging by what you have written above, You can not watch videos at all on your phone, Built-in browser too slow, No YouTube app, Being blocked from certain sites via the built-in browser. All that has nothing to do with Opera mini at all.

Oh, And Opera mini does not support playing videos, It simply passes the job to either the default browser, A YouTube app, Or some other app on your phone that is capable of playing the requested videos.

Have you tried Opera Mobile for Android ?.

ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/android/mobile/
Opera 12.14 - 1738 (Portable 32bit) on Win8 Pro, Or portable versions of Linux Mint 14 or Puppy Linux Upup Precise - 3.8.3.1

Just in case noone can find the app (or for the lazy)

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.youtube

It's the official app, published by Google.

Does it really say "harmonic" or does it just say that your device doesn't support it? I don't know what language you're using in your phone, but I really doubt it said that.

I think he means that it apparently does not work in harmony with his phone. Though i find that hard to believe,
As there are lots of people (Search the web) saying the have the Youtube app installed on their HTC Explorer.
