Which Type Of Sites Are Suitable For Blacklisting

I am trying to make sure that I have assigned the blacklisting feature in Opera to the correct category. Thus, I would like to get some more information.
What type of dangerous sites can be reported to Opera and what is done with those reported sites? Does Opera accept malicious sites, phishing sites, sites promoting hate, etc...? What type of sites can be reported?

Opera doesn't blacklist sites themselves, they use outside companies (Phishtank, Yandex) to handle phishing and malware, respectively. As Yandex is a search engine (from Russia), presumably their list is from malware their search robots have spotted. Phishtank on the other hand does take reports to generate their list, and the security dialog will let you file a report if you find a phishing site which is unknown to them.
