account yahoo mail

I would appreciate kind help. I'm trying to add to Myoperamail, the e-mail that I have on yahoo. After typing in Myopera (section - add an account), my email address on yahoo, the processed ends with the following error: "HMM, seems to work. And 'possible to connect to the sending server, but not to the receiving. "I do not know what to do, I tried everything. It remains only for your help.

Yahoo actually charge you to forward mail. They call it "Yahoo! Mail Plus".
If you don't have this enabled, then you won't be able to receive your Yahoo mail in any other application.

Those of us with some ISP/Yahoo service (AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, etc.) get POP forwarding as part of the deal, if you have a regular Yahoo account then as marianh says you'd need to request it as a premium service with a monthly fee.

Yahoo uses port 995 for POP and 465 for SMTP (both secure connections), passwords are plaintext ... not much more I could tell you there.
