Hide menu issue.

OpenSUSE, kde4, since 12.* opera gets ugly with "hide menu" checked. The worst bug of all.

If you mean that double Opera logo, seem I can't reproduce that in my current distro Debian wheezy KDE4. Maybe theme problem in specific distro. I get that double logo when in Arch Linux.
Try to hide the window border for Opera. Right click near the tittle border, it's a bit hard to get/show up, and untick "Show border".

The main issue is that even with hidden window border there still stays a panel with 3 new in 12.* window control icons(top right).
