Reverting OOPP in 12.50 - build 1581

Minor snapshot, I suppose. Only one change - like 12.02, the 32-bit Windows builds no longer have a plugin wrapper.

For me, this version just skyrockets to 900 MB of physical memory ( as well as 1,5 GB virtual memory) with as few as 12 tabs just freshly open.
My physical RAM is 1,5 GB. My XP SP3, 32 bits, just crawls and makes THE WHOLE COMPUTER almost unusable.

May some extensions cause this? I have some of them installed...
