How to remove the black background?
I'm kind of getting used to indistinguishable current tab, but...
That black background over address and navigation bar. How to remove/replace it?

I've also looked for manuals to write skins myself. With same results.

The Windows Native skin has been dropped. It is too much work to maintain two skins. There are still some Native Skins in the Skins Repository, but they were not updated for Opera 12.x so you get black toolbars.

They spend time pushing crap into my eyes, but don't have time to fix 1-file skin that don't have anything besides a few lines of text?

The native skin that I found has 1136 lines in skin.ini — that should keep you entertained for a few hours trying to figure out which sections need to be changed. Search the customising forum for some tips. They spend time pushing crap into my eyes, but don't have time to fix 1-file skin that don't have anything besides a few lines of text?

It's kinda hard to "contribute" without documentation on how to do it.
I haven't found any tutorial to make skins. Mind pointing into the right direction?
"Searching for tips" doesn't help - I don't know what to search for. English is not my native language. And I don't have hours of time to read everything on forums.

Perhaps not, but at least you should find time to read the replies already given to your own threads.I don't have hours of time to read everything on forums.

The operating system itself, be it Windows or Linux, have enough support for theming UI controls, which I can use, if I want to modiify them. And when I use them, I absolutely do not want a single program to be a pig among the horses. It could've been comical, if not being too weird to look at.
