Since credentials can be resumed in mini5 at any app restart (via Privacy>remember paswords option) it's not mandatory for opera mini's servers to resume cookies, even that is sounds odd. Cookies can be set on the other side, also in accord with headers (read yahoo's related info and legislation 'enacted' in UE).
