Send link by mail

I made a search for this and found no relevant.

Opera 9.1 is my Default Browser. Thunderbird is my default email client. Right click and "send link...." opens T'bird but there is no link in the body.

Changing to Opera mail works just fine on the send link problem.

Any way to fix this?

Thank you for your time and those links. However:

I read every post and all the links in those posts and no fix for the problem. I think it is a bug in Opera as this has been going on for a long time according to the dates of all the posts.

I go to IE7 and send link works perfectly with TB as the default client.

Does anyone in here have TB as the default and Send link by mail works?

Has a bug every been filed on this? I have read through all these posts and there has been no solution offered to the problem ("Send link by mail" when using Thunderbird as the default client opens an email with the title of the page as the subject line but without the link in the email body). I'll file a bug if no one has. 9.2 Final on Windows XP.

Since I can't find any mention of a bug report, I filed one. Bug #265490.

This bug is still present. Have we ever heard from the developers on this?
