major problems blogging. 404 on every post!
hello. i posted some hours ago no problems.i wanted to edit my posts and the system totally wrecks up my posts.
always 404 after posting and changes dont get taken. also post-urls get totally screwed.
it is only since some hours now. maybe 2 hours.
i wanted to release a freeware-program i wrote to a broad public and i really love the opera-blogging system to broadcast myself to the world.
also i dont want to go somewhere else to do my publications since i fully trust in opera. not to say i love you.
please look into that issue.
also it seems only to be a problem for logged in users, since when i even do a layout change it gets taken for me as logged in users, but when i log out and go to my blog the old layout still shows up even on reloading (cache is empty).
also i found major layout glitches when using the site with OPERA!! (only the last few hours) when using firefox its all ok with the layout.
maybe you do some major upgrade or so, if so please tell me now.
as said i want to release something pretty interesting to the world and i really dont want to wait tooo long... ofcourse this my single destiny is not really interesting, but i think there are a lot of people experiencing pretty much the same right now.
THANKS anyway FOR THIS REALLY GREAT PLATFORM! i will stay with you whatever comes, as long as you keep up the great work!

We solved multiple issues we've had while fixing this one thing!
We're going to move one of our primary database-servers today, but if all goes like planned (let's hope!), you won't even notice it!

It is there, I can look at it while I'm signed in but otherwise I get a 404. It doesn't show up in the forum section either.
When searching for it, it shows up in... but if I try to go there I get a 404.
I was gonna post this in a new thread before I figured someone else might have issues too... q-: So I'll simply make an addition to this thread isntead

same for blogs. logged out shows some hours old status of blogs and logged in can read blogs but posting is impossible always 404.
strange only 8 or 9 people complain out of almost 1 million users.
looking at the standard IQ and posting activity of my.opera.com users this seems really few.
where are you opera-users?

I finally figured out the reason why things have been so scetchy lately. Things should hopefully go smooth on from here. Let's hope!
We're as espen says; very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you!
Please report any errors you may see to one of the my.opera developers or espen!

I had the same problem for the past 24h. It doesn't affect my blog, though - it just happens when I click on the "News" in my page or in some links in the Opera Community page (whether I'm logged in or not), e.g. "900.000 members". But every time I go to the OC page, the number of comments (and members) has increased - so it looks like some people can access those things but I can't...

I agree that some sort of message on the main page would have been extremely useful. At least that way we would know that the Opera staff was aware of the problem and was working on it. At first I thought it was a problem with my computer. I rebooted 3 or 4 times to see if it would make a difference. I thought maybe my account was closed accidentally for some reason. Without an anouncement there is no way to know if the problem is local or global!
I also sent messages via the contact page:
http://my.opera.com/community/contact/?selected=helpPage
but got no reply. This lack of feedback is very frustrating.
So did Opera get there update done or did they just pull back to the old stuff and have to do the upgrade later? Enquiring minds want to know
