Take full advantage of historysearch

Right click in the input field and select "create search". Kestrel really looks like a winner!!

:-D

You should be more specific:
1. type "opera:historysearch" into the address bar
2. right click the input field on the top left corner of the page and select "create search". Also assign "hs" as shortcut.
3. search the words of the pages you have already visited by simply typing them in the address bar, or typing "hs text to find".

GREAT!

Isn't it simpler to directly type the search query in the address bar?

The list is much longer by 'hs' than the search query direct in the address bar.
The only problem with this new service is all the periodic disk activity since I installed Opera 9.5a1. And that is all the writing to the vps folder for historysearch. My vps folder in the profile folder is already 97 MB ! Useful information at this topic.

Very very cool! I'm usually quite happy with the addressbar results, and it fits in better than having to use a seperate page for results, but still having a GET query for that page is neat indeed...
