Figured I'd just let someone more official reply. But generally, Opera Software isn't interested in people trying to make money off the webspace they provide for free, if you're making money then you can afford a real webhost which might also provide you with real merchant services. And of course search engines will downgrade pageranks of sites with a lot of commercial content - if you're posting here for search rank then it actually hurts My Opera.

Gee, looks more like some school English class. While they all seem juvenile (and probably involving a bit of cut-and-paste), nothing there that would count as spam at this point.

Listed one person twice also.

Reza.com has been banned several times, the first time was actually a mistake because someone though "reza.com" was a website. He got reinstated for that naturally, also the first time that he was banned for having illegal content and promised to clean it up. His blog admittedly looks better than it has sometimes, but I still see some illegal content (ripped DVDs and cracked games). Knowing him, he's probably got 3 other blogs anyway ...

Not like it'll stop him from posting anonymously or remove the anonymous comments from your blog, you may have to disable anonymous comments. However, he's banned.
