Getting small pop-up windows out of the frame

Hi,

I'm using Opera 9.50 on Windows.

Currently I'm listening to AOL Radio via their little pop-up window player. I would like to be able to move this window out of my way, over to my second monitor. However, in Opera this little window (and any similar window) seems to be considered a "tab" and Opera doesn't let me move it outside the "frame" of the browser. I realize that I can change the setting for new windows to open in tabs or not, but that should only apply to windows that are targeted to "_blank." These little pop-ups surely aren't intended to be corraled by the browser frame in the way the concept of tabs corrals errant _blank windows, are they?

In other words, can I have tabs _and_ floating pop-up windows that can break free of the browser frame?

F10 shift = Detach page & Restore Window

Detach
