Following on from the previous article on Information Architecture, this article takes the concept a bit further, looking at what features you should include on your web site so that it effectively does it's job, and site vistors can easily find what they came for. Navigation, what to include on the home page, usability, and accessibility are all looked at here in brief.( Read the article )

I think that this article could benefit from some screen captures. E.g, when MSN is mentioned, or when the header and footer of Dev.Opera are described. Compare to the amount of screen captures in articles 5 and 6. This is especially true since there are no code snippets either.
Also, some typos on the page:

I've added screenshots too - the things that are described are on the same page, or easily clickable to, but screenshots will be necessary for a PDF version, or when the material is released in a print book.
