manually refreshing page

hi.

i was looking thru' your site tamil and did some adjusting to my cache, check documents and images, and i think also loading in the browsing tab, this was becoz i was trying to improve opera's performance.
however i've just been noticing that when i post on this forum and then go back to the main opera browser page, the post hasn't registered yet and i have to refresh. even on posts from 8 minutes ago!
i can't recall exactly what my earlier settings regarding cache etc were.

Try CTRL+F12 → Advanced → History → Check documents → Always
