Opera Mini SimulatorI am developing a mobile web site for my company and am trying to use the Opera mini simulator. When I try to connect to a site I get the following error:
Failed to connect to the internet
java.net.ConnectionException: Connection refused: connect
I have done some searching and think this may be due to our firewall. Has anyone else had or seen this problem and what was done to resolve it?

Your site needs to be visible on the internet for Opera's servers to be able to see it. So you need to let them have access to your site.

It is not my site that is the problem. If I open up the Opera mini simulator and try to navigate to any public site I get the same error message.

You didn't say that in your first post. In that case, I would say that your firewall is not allowing access to Opera's servers, or is blocking port 1080. You will need to contact you system administrator and get the firewall changed.
