disagree
it should be like GOOGLE CHROME - when its not maximized here should appear some kind of title bar...

Any application can be launched directly from Opera with a button or a mnemonic shortcut, e.g.
o, o = Execute program, "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\program\swriter.exe"
You can find a number of buttons to launch external programs on my buttons page. It is easy to make your own. Then you don't need the Windows taskbar. If you want to run some other program, there's always the Windows Key + R, or the windows key will bring up the start bar in fullscreen mode anyway.

Why people can not learn... title bar is part of window manager so individual applications have no reason to mess with it. Toolbars are a different aspect, they are there so we can choose to have them or not. It's like having an application window with no borders of any kind, I mean WTF???
Too many people are falling for the "Chrome" gayfad. I admit it is a relatively almost decent browser, but from there to make it a window with content only there's no particular reason to do so.
Oh and yeah, serious said. There are 20+ thread with this same ridiculous RFE.
