Does any one know any free utility that can enhance/improve low resolution(like digital camera quality video etc) ? There are few paid one that I knew but curious to know if there are any free ones?

I don't really know what you're looking for, but you can apply simple filters with Avidemux. I would imagine that most quality improvements on bad video are related to changing the color and brightness levels, anyway.

I know about that but either did not work for me or I don't know how to make it work!! Did not look straight forward. Anyway, thanks.

I took a look at some of those vReveal videos and I don't think I've ever seen anything like that image stabilizer, if that actually works that well in practice. You should be able to do the brightness and color level enhancements with it though, and possibly some sort of sharpen filter as well. Did you try the free 30 day trial?

Not really. If it's already in low-res, there is little can be done, there's nothing to work with. You can sharpen colours/contrast, etc, but as for the vid res itself, no.

You should take a look at that demo video. If the stabilizing feature actually works like that, it's amazing. And of course you can always apply a sharpen filter to make things better looking.
