new capital one log in problem-says cookies disabled

Has anyone faced this problem yet with opera 10 ? As i tried to go to www.capitalone.com and click log in (account management , for example credit card accounts), the page redirects to https://servicing.capitalone.com/C1/LoginError.aspx?info=102 . It says cookies disbaled error.

Can't reproduce. Have you changed cookie settings? Would clearing their cookies in the cookie manager and visiting the site again help?

looks like it is fixed now. I don't know what they did but my settings are unchanged.
