Opera 10 [OS X 10.5] 'lost' my fonts

A few days ago Opera crashed. The crash reporter tool brought up another O icon in the dock and the original Opera instance was stopped. I think the crash reporter started another instance of Opera, but it used the crash reporter's new dock icon instead of the original Opera dock icon which I keep permanently in my dock.

I have restarted the computer since then and am using my original Opera dock icon to start Opera, but now I can't use the fonts I specified before. I used to use Deja Vu Mono for all monospaced content, Deja Vu Serif for all serif content and Helvetica for all sans serif content. Now it uses the default Mac fonts: Times for serif and Courier for monospaced, and my preferred fonts aren't even in the available list of fonts in Opera, but they are in my system's Font Book.

Any ideas?
