Opera opens twice

Cant find this any where else , when I click on my Opera desctop shortcut 2 Opera browsers always open up is there an easy fix to just get the one to open

Can we assume that you're
-Using Windows
-Opening Opera from a desktop shortcut
-Have the desktop set to open shortcuts with a double-click
-Not getting two copies from any other desktop shortcut?

Yes I'm using Windows Vista, opening from Desktop shortcut , No set to single Click (and only clicking once) No Opera is the only application which does this !

What is shown when you right click on your desktop shortcut, choose properties (or how it is called in an english vista) and look at the target?
Something like this? "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\opera.exe"

How is Opera configured to start? Check it under "Extras" -> Settings.
