[minor] O-button behaviour

I have two buttons right under my O-button, and sometimes I miss and hit O-button accidentally... Moreover, the menu covers the button I wished to click... To close the main menu that appears, I have to move the mouse to some free space around and click there, then move the mouse to the desired button to open the Bookmarks list, for example...

My request is:
Make the second click on the O-button (when the menu is already open) close the menu... Now it just opens the menu again which is useless...

Do you support this request?
